Need guidance or immediate information

I took care of my ex wife after she was diagnosed with small cell stage 4 lung cancer Jan 31st 2018. She died in 42 days. I inherited her four little dogs, three westies and a little mixed rescue. Now the oldest one (15) is very sick and needs to be euthanized today but I don't have very much money. She is blind, deaf and I believe in pain. Anyone know where I can take her to be put to sleep for $50.00 or less. I live in the carrollwood area near Publix on Anderson and Gunn.
