Need a detailed remodeler or painter

I have a small job that needs to start Monday 11/29/2021. I'm a major contractor and to help out a friend we did some work in their house while their kid was in the hospital. This is very far from where we traditionally work. And were at a stage in the job where we need finishers. Guys who understand detail. These are not my guys. My guys are rough framers and tile guys. I don't have a finisher right now in this area so I'm here looking. We demoed out the rear wall in a front entry to expand the front closet. We moved an exterior door about 12 inches from its original frame and installed some cabinets which are the base of the new closet. The work that still needs to be completed is as follows: 1. An exterior door needs to be removed and reset. It was installed kind of half ass and it looks bad. It's an old house and the walls aren't straight. Moving the door from it's original frame it the cause of the problem. I didn't want to do it because it would have required pouring a new sill and they're getting siding in the spring. I said I would come back in do it then but they we're somewhat insistent so I did it against my better judgement and it doesn't look good. If this is something you can't do I can send my own framers back out there to fix it. 2. I need 6 closet cabinet style doors installed on the boxes we built. They're lightweight hinge style doors going on a set of 18x95 single door, 36x95 double door X 2, and another 18x95 single door. 3. The entire foyer which is 6x18 needs to be prepped very well. We did a ton of rough spackling. Got the place to 80% but it needs that last 20% that makes it look like glass. It needs to primed and painted. Two colors. There is wainscoting we installed made from MDF. A lot of caulking. The exterior doors are made of fiberglass and were sprayed black. They turned out okay but they also need help. This is a job for a very detailed, methodical guy, who takes pride in the quality of the work they produce. I'm not looking to pay rock bottom prices or have it done in one day. I'm looking for someone who has some skill, experience, and professional demeanor. Who knows how to talk to people and understands basic considerations of a job site. You arrive on time. You leave on time. You clean up after yourself. You don't leave your trash for a homeowner to pick up. A professional. And for that I will pay professional prices and if you're willing to travel I can refer to work on a very regular basis. Detail finishers are very hard to come by these days. I appreciate the skill set. I have another job that requires the same attention to detail right after this one I'd like to get finished before Christmas.
