Walking out of ER

I know it's unlikely you see this, but tonight we both walked out of the ER at the same time. I stopped right before the exit because I didn't want to freak you out that I was walking behind you in the lonely parking lot. But in a perfect world I wish I would have offered to walk you to your car. You're super beautiful and just wanted to talk to you. Hope you're feeling ok if the er visit was for yourself.
