**Looking to hire immediately** Experienced Handyman needed to become a part of our team! You will handle a variety of issues every day and we need someone who is reliable, professional and honest. You must take pride in your work and be detail oriented to complete the job with the quality that we pride ourselves in. Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields. Bring your own tools. Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment. Knowledge of home repair and maintenance. Ability to make decisions and communicate with management when needed. Deadline and detail-oriented. Ability to handle physical workload. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. Experience and knowledge in: -Demo and clean up -Drywall repairs -Interior trim and doors -Installing light fixtures and fans -Painting -Flooring -Various other minor tasks and carpentry Starting pay is $17.50 HR and will be increased based on experience, performance, attitude and ATTENDANCE after a 30day grace period.
