Sample Local Food, Beer & Wine Join us as we Kick Off the New Year with our 5th annual Chili Showcase & Local Coat Drive on Thursday, Jan. 12th from 4-8pm at Laurel Park. The event will feature samples of chili, various desserts as well as beer & wine. We will also have a Casino Night, a DJ, an Interactive Photo Booth and door prize drawings every 30 minutes. There will be a cash bar available for beverages other than beer and wine samples. Attendee Tickets: $20 - Early Bird Tickets (through Nov. 30th) $25 - Advance Tickets (beginning Dec. 1st) $35 - Tickets at the Door Group Tickets: (invite your clients, prospects or employees) $75 for five tickets $150 for ten tickets Tickets include: Food Samples from Local Restaurants/Caterers Local Brew & Wine Samples Music by Absolute Entertainment DJs Casino Night Entry Access to 50-60 Local Business Exhibitors Interactive Photo Booth Door Prize Drawings every 30 minutes Exhibitor Booths: In addition to the 10-15 food, beer & wine stations, there will be 50+ Exhibitor Booth spaces for local businesses to display/market their products and services during this event. This will be a great opportunity to have your business information on display as attendees walk up and down every aisle to find the next food or beverage station. WARNING: In an effort to not have too many businesses of similar type at the event, only three exhibitors per business category will be allowed. Only one exhibitor per specific company. Therefore, book your space early so you don't get edged out by one of your competitors. Example: We may have three P&C insurance companies represented like one State Farm booth, one Nationwide booth and one Allstate booth but we will not have two of the same (two Allstate) and we will close the category out after three are registered. Exhibitor Pricing: $250 (Early Bird rate of $195 through October 31st) Includes the following: Use of a 6' table with linen $100 in gift certificates to local restaurants 2 tickets to the event which includes food, beer & wine samples A shout out on social media announcing you as a new or returning exhibitor Additional tickets are available for purchase if you need more than 2. Sponsorship: $500 (Early Bird rate of $400 through October 31st) Only one sponsor per business category.
