ServSafe Manager provides the approved food safety training required by FDA Food Code for retail food establishments in Colorado. This training comes with a study guide, 1 - day basic course and exam. Lunch is included Study guides are also available in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Should you desire a language other than English, please contact Nicole at [email protected] or 970-382-6461. Day 1: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (class), 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (exam) You have 2 hours to complete the exam; you may or may not need all of this time. However, please plan your schedule for the day assuming you will. Please pick up your book from the La Plata County Extension Office, 2500 Main Ave., Durango, CO 81301, or we charge an $11.00 fee to have it mailed to you. COVID NOTICE: since this is an in-person training, the class may need to be postponed at the last minute depending on changes in local health department regulations regarding social distancing. You will be notified via email ASAP should this be necessary.
