Kick TMJ to the curb! Join us on Saturday December 4th from 9-10 AM for this FREE workshop to learn all about TMJ and what you can be doing to prevent and treat this common issue! We have an amazing local PT, Dr. Maggie Thompson of Refuge Physiotherapy coming to chat with us about what TMJ is, what causes it, and how it can be treated from a PT standpoint. In combination with Dr. Tiffany we will be giving attendees great information to take home and tools for exercises to do on your own!
