Join us on Saturday, December 11, 2021, 7:00 at The Switchboard in Haverhill, MA, for a first listen to a new one-act opera inspired by Rose Standish Nichols! A portrait of a strong-willed, professional woman and her efforts to affect change through the Women’s Peace Movement, Women’s Suffrage and in her professional work as a landscape designer. Guerilla Opera is a chamber opera ensemble whose works span live in person to interactive educational events to video on demand and live streamed events. We commission and re-envision new and experimental works custom-tailored to our unique ensemble of artists, champion cutting-edge music, and immerses audiences in profound experiences .
