Description
I am looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience to sand and varnish a wooden floor. You must have your own machine and tools.
The apartment is located in the Bronx on a fourth floor and work area is approximately 1,000 square feet.
Unfortunately the building does not have an elevator to bring up the machine therefore a minimum of two people will be required for this job.
