Survey Merchandiser is looking for multiple Merchandisers to complete a Reset Project at a local Shaw's store in the area Hanson, MA. The project starts immediately and will continue until December 31st. About Us: We’re an app-based company with thousands of reps completing more than 90,000 store visits each month. We’re one of the fastest growing retail merchandising companies in the world. About the Work: - Pay is $17.50/hr, paid via Openforce thru Survey Merchandiser App. - The Reset starts immediately and will continue until December 31st. - Workdays are Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 3:00 pm. (30 min unpaid lunch, two 15-min paid breaks). - This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. - You'll have a designated team lead on site. This person will assign your daily tasks, check your work, and act as your supervisor on the job. - Typical tasks include: - Team Lead may ask some/all of you to remove all the products from shelves (and place them in carts/on the floor). - Team Lead may ask some/all of you to reorganize channel strips/planogram so that they match the new shelf Planogram. - Team Lead may ask some/all of you to move the products that were removed back into the shelf. - Team Lead may ask some/all of you to go to the store backroom to get new inventory to complete the restock. - Team Lead may request some miscellaneous tasks. This is how your day will go: - Arrive at the store on time. - Open the Survey.com application and begin the survey. - Follow instructions from outside the building and then check in with customer service and ask to speak to the Reset - - --Team lead or Store Manager and let them know you are representing SAS. - Follow the instructions given to you by the Reset Team Lead. If you have any questions or concerns, call us. - The reset is complete when the Reset Team Lead announces it and you sign out on the sheet. If the Reset Team Lead asks you to stay longer than 8 hours, please feel free to do so if you would like. You will be paid accordingly. - Before leaving the store. Open the Survey.com application up and finish the survey. It will ask you to photograph the last reset you did to provide evidence of the successfully completed reset. Perks: - All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments. - Payments are deposited to your account within 6 days. - Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. - Rep Support is available 7 days a week. - After the reset ends, you will have additional opportunities to pick up gigs if you are interested in continuing to work. About You - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team. - You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver. - You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be 18 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. - You’re able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required. - Previous reset or retail merchandising experience is a plus.
