Our agency is hiring a Part time Logistics Coordinator for Spirit Portfolio!
Position Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator will serve as a brand resource in their assigned territory and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. This part-time position requires up to (29 hours). per week and must be willing to work weekends and holidays as per market needs
Duration: ASAP- January 7, 2021 (Part-time; contract position)
Pay rate: $21/hourly | W2 Employee
Paid Weekly and additional stipend compensation for phone, internet, and travel
Responsibilities:
Overall management of company assets to support local programming while exercising care and following operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines
Communicate and work in cross-departmental collaboration on all projects included but not limited to creative, warehouse/POS management, and event production
Assemble kits, manage distribution & maintain accurate inventory of assets
Support logistical needs of activation for events (setup & tear down)
Organize, deliver/place permanent and temporary POS in accounts for activation, including visibility in stores; replenishing displays and shelf tags where needed
Ensure superb execution of the brand's strategy within designated format (non-premise, on/off premise)
Heavy focus within the inner-city agencies, transfers, and supporting off premise tastings
Ensure implementation of event safety elements including PPE, safety shields, sanitizing elements, etc.
Requirements:
Be local to the market
At least 1 year of sales/store merchandising experience (in the adult-beverage industry is a plus!)
Able to lift, load, unload and move product -- up to 50 pounds
Have a reliable vehicle with clean driving record
Must be comfortable driving every day
Hourly rate paid weekly; stipends paid monthly (phone, internet, travel)
