a Flooring company based in Charlotte is looking for dedicated subcontractors (W9 / 1099) for demolition work; Cabinet & Vanity removal Flooring Demolition (i.e. Carpet, Sheet Vinyl, Tile, Laminate, Vinyl Planks etc) Responsible for removal & haul off of demo-ed debris We service Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh and Columbia SC. ************************* We are looking for a couple of crews to work for us daily to complete the demolition of cabinets and flooring. We have approximately 55-65 homes a month we need to demo the flooring and cabinets to get them ready for remodelling and new flooring. We service Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh and Columbia SC. WE PAY WEEKLY. **Demo all flooring that is indicated on the daily work order. **Take Pictures of Cabinets and Vanities prior to and after demolition, and send them to the Project Manager. **Demo and Haul off Kitchen countertops, Kitchen cabinets, and Vanities back to our warehouse dumpsters. **Demo and Dispose of garbage disposal. Cap electrical line at the wall. DO NOT CUT ELECTRICAL LINES. **Demo Kitchen Cabinets in a neat way with as little damage to the drywall. **DO NOT leave anything hanging from the wall. Leave all P traps installed and do not cut. Cap all Water supply lines. **Leave ALL Appliances at the house including the Stove Hood.
