Attendees will spend an evening under the stars celebrating Lift Collective and Oyster South experience an exclusive winemaker dinner with Tarpon Cellars (of Napa) & Che Cazzo (of Austin). Tarpon Cellars maintains a focus on crafting wines of distinction from Napa Valley. It produces single vineyard, minimal intervention wines from biodynamic and certified sustainable grow partners across Napa, Sonoma, and Clarksburg AVA. Tarpon Cellars is all party, no pretention. Austin365 called Che Cazzo, “the American-Italian pop-up of your dreams” and they aren’t wrong! Making a second appearance in the Garden, Che Cazzo brings diners elevated, yet soul satisfying hand crafted American-Italian eats, including dishes (menu TBD) such as Grilled Oysters with Campari Butter, Gnocchi Frito with aerated pecorino and chili oil, and Nonino tiramisu. *Due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to accommodate Vegan or Gluten Free diets. We will do our best to accommodate allergies, with one weeks notice.* This ONE NIGHT ONLY event will have two seating’s with a welcome happy hour sponsored by Titos for each seating.
