Come hang with us over the holiday from 9am til NOON! Our fun camp will offer skateboarding and DJing lessons to kids grades 3-5! Make some noise! At our high-energy winter camp, students will explore the fundamentals of skateboarding and DJing as they spend time in each of The Bay’s unique spaces. From 9am til noon. From learning proper stance and pushing on a skateboard to creating a downbeat that will rock any party, no prior experience is necessary to discover your place at The Bay! We'll be teaching: Skateboarding fundamentals Specific skateboarding techniques and skill-based tricks Skatepark etiquette DJ tools (cue points, scratching, looping, etc.) Basic DJ skills Performance Overcoming obstacles Self-confidence Empathy COVID-19 NOTICE The health and safety of our community is paramount. The skatepark is sanitized daily and hand sanitizer is available throughout. Regardless of vaccination status, masks are required at this time. A waiver is required to attend camp.
