Learn how to meditate in conjunction with the Buddhist approach to training the mind. Meditation is a powerful and creative tool that we use to change our daily experiences. By learning how to develop positive states of mind, you can bring a sense of balance, peace, and clarity into your life and your relationships.
In this weekly meditation series, we will explore meditations designed to transform your mind and thus transform your life. Clearly presented in a way that is easy to follow, you will be able to do these meditations on your own after completing the series.
Although it is beneficial to attend the entire series, you may drop in at any time. Classes are held weekly. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!
