Needs a new home

Bear will be 1 yr old in Jan. He has all of his shots and has been fixed. I need him to go too a home so he has lots of space to run and play. He gets along ok with other dogs and some cats. I am pretty sure he is a blue healer and rat terrier mix. He is very lovable and loves to play. He is super smart and is eager to learn. I just don't have time to train him like he should be. Bear is very spoiled also!!!!
