15 hours REQUIRED credit. Can be used for Post License or Continuing Education. 15 hours REQUIRED credit. Tuesday January 25 and Wednesday January 26, 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm *** Broker training covers leadership, items to consider when starting a brokerage and SD License Law. This course, along with two years active experience, allows a Broker Associate licensee to request a Broker license. Additional student materials will be supplied using a Dropbox invitation. There will be a final test accessed through student's email. *** If attending in class: Class in basement of Rushmore Building Room. Carol's Classes LLC, 2040 West Main Street #B4, Rapid City SD 57702. As vaccines have been available, we do not require masks or social distancing. Please do not attend in person if you feel ill or have recently been exposed. *** Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation included with your ticket.
