Learn the science of soapmaking and take your own handcrafted soap home Each participant takes home a pound of their own handcrafted soap You will use one of Green Iguana's tried and true formulas Green Iguana Bath began five years ago as an attempt to find soap, bath and body that would not irritate my family's sensitive skin. When it worked, I made more (and more, and more). I started participating in small local markets, and then it grew. Today everything is made at my studio on Phillips  Highway. Recently I was named Best Soapmaker in Jacksonville by Folio Weekly! At the class, I'll share a bit about why handcrafted soap is better, how it's made, and then you'll make your own! The finished product cures for 4 weeks, then you can use it or gift it for the holidays.
