Pine Creek Ranch Manufactured Home Community is looking for an experienced maintenance person. This is a new community with new homes arriving each day. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and advance as the community grows. We have a great team in place and are looking for a maintenance person experienced with manufactured homes to complete our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a high working knowledge of HVAC, electric and plumbing work, and the ability to do light rehabs on homes. We are expecting you to be able to meet and talk with contractors, and be able to discuss the work needed with them and make sure they are giving a fair estimate and can communicate that back to company management.
Licensing not required, but knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing work, etc are required.
Expectations are:
• Meet with vendors to discuss work to be done, and relay that to park management
• Walk the park for litter and limb clean up
• Miscellaneous tasks like fixing a clogged sewer line, broken water line, city violations, etc
• Be able to effectively communicate supplies needed
• Strong communication and tech skills through texting, phone, in person and email (if necessary)
• Light rehabs on vacant homes that become available for resale such as:
o Light plumbing work
o Fixing drywall
o Fixing doors
o Changing locks
o Repairing flooring
o Skirting homes
o Building steps for homes
