A buffet with a carving station including Prime Rib or Beef Tenderloin and Soy Ginger Glazed Pork Loin will be the highlight of the feast. A few of the items on buffet will include baked chicken, stuffed mushrooms, twice baked potatoes, apple cider reduction cheesecakes and fresh baked bread along with some additional items.
