Share your recipes with friends and neighbors! Join the Newnan Carnegie Library on December 14th at 1:30pm for a cookie swap event! Bring your own recipe for a batch of cookies and a dozen of those cookies, and then share those with the other folks who will be joining us! The Carnegie Library is one of the most historically significant structures in downtown Newnan and was built in 1904. The building served as a library until 1987 and is now a honor system library with adult and children's programs.
