Join the Philadelphia Fire Explorers at Santa's Annual Pancake Breakfast. Children can also shop at Santa's gift shop and visit Santa's wor Join the Philadelphia Fire/EMS Explorers at Santa's Annual Pancake Breakfast.  Select from two time slots, 10am to 12:30 pm and 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Children can shop at Santa's gift shop and visit Santa's workshop.  PFD Explorer elves will take your breakfast order and help your little one shop at Santa's North Pole gift shop for their Christmas gifts. Children can also help Santa's elves build wood toys at Sant's Workshop.  You can also take pictures with Santa (additional cost) Arts and Crafts, Face painting, and Santa's Wood workshop included in ticket price.  When: Saturday, December 18th, 2021 1st Session 10:00am-12:30pm 2nd Session 12:30pm-2:30pm Where: Philadelphia Fire/EMS Recruitment Training Center 7800 Ogontz Avenue Phila. The Philadelphia Fire Department (PFD) provides fire protection and emergency medical services (EMS) to the City of Philadelphia. We are the largest fire department in Pennsylvania, with one of the busiest EMS divisions in the country. Members of the Fire Department fight fires, provide emergency medical treatment and rescue people from dangerous situations. Our engines, ladders, and ambulances are housed at 63 stations across the City. We have specialized divisions that investigate fires, deal with hazardous materials, and help protect Philadelphia International Airport. We also teach the public about fire safety and work to prevent fires through smoke alarm installation.
