Required Skills At least 3 years of construction experience, basic plumbing experience and with experience as a finish carpenter preferred Strong work ethic and discipline Excellent verbal and organizational skills Consistent desire to succeed Adaptable computer literacy skills Productive under minimal supervision Industry knowledge and understanding of the construction trade Be able to safely operate power tools and equipment Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds. valid Drivers License and good driving record - Required Be able to read a tape measure, figure out measurements and read plans/building sketches Able to troubleshoot problems and attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time Adhere to installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean Must be a team player and work well with peers Maintain a neat, clean appearance so as to represent the company in a positive way Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements Desire to learn & perform company procedures for providing the best-quality service Have excellent customer service skills when dealing with clients Able to problem solve on the job site Take inventory of the installation vehicle and keep it stocked with all the necessary tools and job components Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
