Do you like to play Country Music? Do you like to play and sing Country Music? Do you have a day job or maybe retired and would just like to have some fun playing music as a group and maybe make a few extra bucks to hide from your significant other? (If you have one). I’m looking to form a Country Music group consisting of musicians from the greater Sierra Vista area. With a goal of playing events in the Cochise and eastern Santa Cruz counties. I’ve been playing guitar for several years in multiple groups around our area but since the start of this Virus everything concerning music has come to an abrupt stop. Now things are starting back up and there’s a limited number of musical groups remaining in our area to cover events. I’d like to focus on Country Songs from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s as the foundation, and add in other songs newer or older that maintain the traditional country music sound. As I mentioned, I’m a guitar player, mostly rhythm but can also play lead as needed, so we’ll need drummer, bass, lead guitar, fiddle, vocals, etc. whatever it takes to make a good country sound. Young, Old, Male, Female – If you can play and/or sing, and have a desire that’s all it takes!
