Chili Cook Off and Toy Drive Do you have the best chili in Texas? Join us for our first Lone Star Bar & Grill Chili Cook Off and Harvest House Fundraiser benefitting local families. Chili Team Entry Fee $20. Judging will be done similar to CASI rules. Trophies, $50 gift cards, and all the bragging rights for Best Overall and Peoples Choice. Registration 7am. Cooks setup and cooking by 8am. Please bring your own equipment and tables. Chili has to be prepared on site (no precooked meat). Please bring enough for those stopping in for a tasting. Chili turn in at 2:30pm...people's choice cut off 3:00pm. Award ceremony to follow. Live entertainment by Tim Shipman from Texas Red Hot Radio! The back patio will open to the public 12pm. $10 entry for chili tastings and a chance to vote for your favorite! The Harvest House is not able to accept toys at this time because of COVID, so we are asking for monetary donations. The Harvest House will give families certificates for toys and food assistance during the holiday season. Come on out for a fun time and let's make a difference for local families . Sponsorship opportunities are available. For $200 your company will have a chili cook off team, logo will be included on all marketing material, your company will be mentioned at live events, and your logo placed on a banner at the event.
