Press release from the City of Gig Harbor: November 24, 2021 Cedarbrook Dental | PL-SPR-21-0002, PL-DR-21-0124 The proposal includes the remodel of the existing building (previously occupied by Wells Fargo) to accommodate a new dental office including a minor increase to the building footprint.  Exterior work includes a new façade & glazing, a new staff entrance and other associated site improvements. The site is legally nonconforming in its existing state, and the proposed remodel does not increase the nonconforming elements of the structure.
