Position Title: Facility Custodian – 1st Shift Wage: $15.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm Has your career gone down the toilet, and need to be cleaned up? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Follow prescribed safety procedures and precautions - Clean and sanitize bathrooms - Empty trash cans - Clean, mop, wash, buff and vacuum floors - Clean and polish fixtures - Remove recyclable materials - Clean windows, vents, table and chairs - Keep track of maintenance supplies - Assist with general painting including walls, stairs, doors and machinery - Maintain outside walkway areas including sweeping debris, washing walkways and keeping pathways clear - Set up and maintain training room for various types of activities - Change light bulbs throughout the facility Requirements: - Previous janitorial or cleaning experience - Able to lift up to 50lbs - Able to stand and walk for duration of shift - Able to work with and around cleaning chemicals and supplies - Able to work under minimal supervision - Good communication skills QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
