By 4 p.m., you can expect cloudy skies with temperatures in the high 50s. Here are the top stories in Round Rock today: Samsung earned the stamp of approval to build its $17 billion semiconductor manufacturing plant in Taylor by Gov. Greg Abbott on Tuesday. (Round Rock Patch)Round Rock ISD to hold additional COVID-19 vaccination clinics for children ages 5-11. (Community Impact Newspaper) More than 6,000 housing units are under development in Round Rock's city limits.
