We only hire nice people. A day in the life of a project team technician: • Typically only work one job per day. Get a full day’s pay even if you finish early. • Types of jobs include installing attic insulation, sealing gaps with spray foam, sanitizing and deodorizing attics and crawlspaces that had a rodent issue. Installing gutter flashing to roofs. Installing metal covers over attic vents. Vacuuming debris and droppings. Pulling old insulation from crawl spaces. Attaching wire mesh to skirting of houses to prevent rodents from entering. And more! • This is a dirty job but we hope the team, training, benefits and pay make up for it! Pay and benefits • $22 per hour • Quarterly profit bonuses. The better the business does, the more money we all make. • Paid sick leave • Paid vacation days • Medical and dental insurance • 401K with a company match General job requirements • This is a full time position with approximately 40 hours per week • You must be reliable and show up for work on time • You must be able to maneuver inside tight spaces such as crawl spaces • You must be physically fit enough to crawl, bend, and climb a ladder • You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds • You should have a professional appearance that makes people feel comfortable when you show up to their homes The fine print • You must be legally able to work in the United States • A criminal background check will be conducted • You must be 18 years of age or older
