Press release from the City of Philadelphia: Darren Fava 2021-11-23 When: December 3, 2021– 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Where: Wissahickon Valley Park, 300 West Northwestern Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118  Join JoAnne Woods for bird walks through the Andorra Natural Area. Walks geared towards adults interested in learning about bird watching and the resources that can be used. Presented in partnership with the Andorra branch of the Free Library. Adults only. Please bring a mask. Register at Event Brite one week before the program.  When: December 4, 2021 – 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Where: Pennypack Park Environmental Center, 8600 Verree Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19115  Join a birding tour of Pennypack Park to watch some of the winter resident birds. The park is home to more than 150 species of birds year-round, how many can you spot?
