MALIBU — A multi-vehicle crash had all eastbound lanes of the State Route 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) closed at Guernsey Avenue Monday morning, according to the City of Malibu. Deputies responded to the accident around 8:30 a.m. There was significant traffic near the intersection on both PCH and Guernsey Avenue.
