LOS ANGELES, CA — The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert Wednesday for a missing man last seen on Tuesday at North Heliotrope Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard, according to CHP. The man, William Mortimer, is 78 years old and was last seen Tuesday at 5:25 p.m. wearing a gray hoodie with black sweatpants and white tennis shoes, CHP said. He weights 150 pounds and is 5'11".
