The Lead Maintenance Person is responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility’s building and grounds, including carrying out the preventative maintenance program; making repairs of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Responsibilities also include trouble-shooting heating and air-conditioning malfunctions; remodeling; carpentry work. The Lead Maintenance Person plants and maintains flower beds, and controls insects and other pests on shrubs and plants as well as trims hedges, rakes leaves; trims driveway and sidewalk edges.
