FREMONT, CA — After a quiet holiday season in 2020 because of the pandemic, public celebrations are back! The Niles Festival of Lights Tree Lighting and Parade is planned for Friday. The City plans street closures to accommodate the festivities. The police department provided this list of planned street closures from 1 to 10 p.m.: Niles Blvd., between 37831 Niles Blvd near " J" Street and Hillview in both directions.
