Maintenance person needed for a commercial and residential real estate company. Approximately 20-30 hours per week, $25 per hour. Position consists of general maintenance work such as painting, changing light bulbs and door locks, light plumbing, minor drywall repair, and light cleaning. Employer prefers maintenance person to have their own truck and tools, but not required.
