Christmas Musical We're glad you're planning to attend the Christmas MusicalTo register yourself or your family for the Concert, click the green "Register" button. Also, below you will find some answers to Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any technical issues or any other questions not addressed here, please don't hesitate to call our church office at 504.482.6221 for more help! REGISTRATION FAQ'sWill I need a ticket(s) to attend the Musical? Yes. Each person planning to attend will need a "ticket" in order to reserve a seat in the auditorium. Tickets are first come, first serve. Once we reach our capacity of 250 people, registration will be closed.Is there a cost for the ticket? No. We are using a service called EventBrite to help us manage the seating for the Concert. Even though you will be asked to "Buy" a "Ticket" in order to "Register", you will not actually be charged for a ticket at "Checkout". How do I reserve a ticket? Click the green "Register" button. Locate your family size and select the number of "tickets" needed for your family. (Ex. If you are a Family of 3, you'll select 3 seats in the "Family of 3" section).Will I need to have my tickets to get in the building? Yes. We're asking everyone to have a copy of your ticket(s) with you, either on your phone or printed out. What should I do if I can't print or find my ticket(s)? Once you arrive at LCC, visit the Welcome Center for help.Will onsite registration be available? Maybe :) Once we reach capacity, we will not be able to register anyone else onsite. Concert FAQ's What time can I arrive? Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the Musical (8:45p)How will I know where to sit when I arrive? The seats in the Auditorium are labeled to correspond to your ticket Section/Row/Seat number. When you arrive, be ready to show your ticket (either from your phone or printed out) to someone from our Hospitality Team. They will help direct you to your seats.Should I wear a face mask? Yes. We are asking everyone to wear a face mask. If you don't have a face mask or forget to bring one, we'll have some available for free at our Welcome Center in the Foyer.Will there be childcare during the Musical? Unfortunately, no. I'm over 65. Should I come to the Musical? The government is recommending (not mandating) anyone age 65 and older to continue to stay home and not attend public gatherings.Will I be able to watch the Musical on the TV in the Foyer or Nursing Mother's Room? No. We will NOT be broadcasting the Concert throughout the building. Everyone must be seated in the Auditorium. Will there be coffee? Unfortunately, no. You will be allowed to bring bottled water into the auditorium.
