LAKEWOOD, OH — Lakewood police announced Wednesday the identity of the woman hit and killed by a truck while crossing W. 117th Street and Clifton Boulevard. Karen Mack, 57, of Cleveland, was declared dead after the incident on Monday, police said. Investigation into the incident is ongoing. At 4 p.m. on Monday, 911 callers reported a pedestrian was hit by a car at the Clifton Boulevard-W. 117th intersection. When Lakewood police and EMS arrived, they found Mack badly injured.
