need to cut a round discus style lock

I was in overseas in Latin America for a while and cannot find keys for a round discus style lock on my storage unit in uhaul. I am flying next week again back to Latin America. Yes, I will try to ask uhaul to do it, but I was told it may take 2-3 weeks to schedule. If you have the right tools and are in the area, it's a quick and easy job for you. I do have the access card - no problem with that. So, I can disable the alarm. Send me your offer and please mention what tool do intend to use
