Missing since Halloween. Short haired, black cat. Chipped/ Fixed. Had a raggedy black collar on. The reflective material was coming off. We live on Kourt. Hamilton is the street behind us. He is bald on his belly from a condition. Sweet, but not super interested in strangers. Worried about him. Anyone heard of a person trapping cats on Hamilton and dumping them somewhere? A few folks have had cats disappear, someone told my neighbor last year an older dude was doing this. Can't get it off my mind.
