Childcare/nanny NEEDED

I am a busy mom working full time from home in milwaukie. Looking for childcare for two lovely and active children ages 5 years old and 18 months, mon-Thursday about 8:30-3:30 daily. I am flexible and open to any arrangement that will be a good fit including a SAHM, in home childcare, nanny or nanny share, or retired adult. What is most important for us is finding a good fit for our family: we are mostly organic, follow authentic parenting and child led learning, value outside adventures rain or shine, extended breastfeeding, and cloth diapering.
