Employers Overload is currently hiring Press Brake Operators for a local metal company working with steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel plates. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $25.00/hr DOE Duties and Responsibilities: Selecting multi-purpose and general-purpose brake dies and punches. Set dies and punches, stop and adjust ram for varying thickness. Plans sequence of multiple pass operations for series of bends and other fabrications. Performing preventive maintenance. Keeping a clean and safe working environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience or education in press brake operation or similar field. Able to develop press brake setups, bend sequencing and assign tooling. Basic math and measurement skills required. Strong ability to read blueprints. Able to identify different types of materials and measuring tools. Strong attention to detail. Able to stand for up to 8 hours, walk, use hands, reach hands/arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and hear/speak. Able to lift or move up to 50lbs frequently. Able to work overtime as required. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Pre-employment screening required.
