We are seeking a Part Time Handyman to join our team! The purpose of this position is to oversee the physical condition of the Adult Family Homes, grounds, and equipment within the homes. Responsibilities: • Maintenance Repair Requests • Small appliance repairs • Basic plumbing • Basic electrical • Carpentry • Handyman Work • Landscaping work • Any other duties requested Qualifications: • Proven experience as handyman • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment • Basic math skills • Good communication ability • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving • Attention to detail • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. • Compassionate and caring demeanor • Ability to work well with others To apply please contact Heather at [email protected] or by phone at 503.676.7547.
