North Seattle Cannabis Production Associate *MUST BE 21 TO APPLY* We are well known cannabis producer in Washington and California. Our small team is looking to fill the position for 2 full time production associates. Our work week consists of x4 10-hours shifts Tuesday - Friday We offer the following benefits for Full-Time associates: - Health Insurance - 2 Weeks Paid Vacation (3 Weeks After 3 Years) - 7 Paid Holidays (Including your birthday!) Job duties may include: - Rolling Joints - Cutting/ Packaging Concentrates - Labeling/ Packaging Final Products - Cleaning/ Stocking (up to 50lbs) - Maintaining a fast and consistent work pace Requirements in potential candidate include: - Must be over 21 - Reliable transportation - Willing to do repetitive production tasks at a fast pace - Strong attention to detail - Quick learner - Willing to adapt to any given tasks - Must be reliable and on time - Self initiative and drive - Excellent attendance and advanced communication for time-off requests - Maintain compliance with Washington State Regulations and Law.
