Small, local property management company looking for part-time, ongoing contract work for both a skilled handyman/general contractor, and a residential cleaner. We manage six buildings in the Seattle area, and have ongoing need for competent, skilled people. Handyman/contract work is based on need and includes everything from odd maintenance jobs outside the purview of the on-site staff, to larger bidded projects. There are no set hours. This is a great position for a seasoned general contractor looking for some extra work on the side. The cleaning position requires regular, weekly hours at our largest building, located in Queen Anne, though schedule is flexible. Up to ten hours a week to start. Compensation is $40/hour for experienced applicants.
