Two inside cats

These two stray cats have been visiting my home for about a year. They are both males. I took them to the vet, neutered, shots, etc. I would like inside homes for them and if possible, if they could be adopted together. They let me pet them and are friendly with me. They are OK with my dog. They will be shy at first. Just feed them can food and pet them, they will warm up quickly. I have taken too many stray cats...I can not afford to feed so many.
