Rental Remodels- 4 rowhouses Plumbing/carpentry/HVAC/Flooring/tile/ect

I am a general contractor that used to live and work in Baltiomore but I moved to Pennsylvania last year. I bought 4 rental properties in Belair Edison (Next to Clifton Park Golf Course) area of NE baltimore City 2 years ago as my retirement plan and starting renovating them. I have not had the time to finish them.. 2 of them are at a "Gutted" state and 2 of them are 80% completed. (See map to the the right for the exact location) I'm looking for a contractor with a few workers to finish all the properties. We would probably start with 1 of them and that is at the 80% complete state and if all goes well with that progress to finish the others. I'm looking for someone that is reasonable in terms of what they are charging and it okay with making a reasonable profit. I'm in the business and have been doing this for 30 years so if you are looking to make a "Killing" off one project just move on to the next ad. Most of the houses need HVAC and some plumbing and/or electrical work that would need permits pulled by licensed trades. So, if you have good licensed trades for those things that would be good to mention when you reply to this ad. I'm in Baltimore until early next week to meet. I'll probably also come down from PA once a week to check on the progress. Please tell me about yourself and your crew in a short paragraph when you reply. Including what city / area you are based out of, your experience, when you could start, and what would make you a choice for these projects.
