Dominion Properties acquires and renovates over 150 single family homes each year in the Baltimore region and has an existing rental portfolio of approximately 800 homes. Renovations range from $15K to $100K per home. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our construction team! To be considered, you must complete the questionnaire and submit your resume at this link: The position will be focused on management of field operations that include the coordination of over 50 subcontractors and suppliers. Job responsibilities will include: Scoping renovation projects Negotiating with and engaging labor subcontractors Managing subcontractors and the critical path through the construction process Quality control Reviewing & approving material take-offs Onboarding new subcontractors Requirements: -Strong organizational skills for construction scheduling - Attention to detail -Ability to work in a fast paced environment -Knowledge of construction sequence -Must have knowledge of all mechanical trades *HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Structural* -Single family home renovations New home building experience is a plus! This position reports directly to the Construction Manager of the Company. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, be self-driven, a self-starter and have a solid background in single family home renovations. Organizational skills are a must.
