Shay Construction is looking for a construction estimator who is experienced with Xactimate / Xactanalysis and preferably Symbility. We have been in business for over 40 years and work primarily with insurance companies so we do not focus on bidding on jobs, almost exclusively writing estimates and providing to the insurance company for approval.
