Job Duties: include those listed below as well as all others as assigned
Quality Control:
• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards
• Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives
• Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
• Communicate quality problems with Production Leadership and fellow QC
• People skills; able to work with people with different skill levels.
Production assembler:
• Read and interpret assembly instructions
• Update and maintain assembly drawings and procedures for each assembly part number
• Solder/weld Jumpers and connector leads per specifications.
• Assemble battery groups into containers using pre stock or shrink wrap processes
• Accurately label battery assemblies
• Maintain quality control by completing testing procedures
• Prepare assembly packs for shipping
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Soldering experience
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods; often on concrete
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and legible handwriting
• Self-starter
• Great attendance
• Proven experience as a quality control inspector in the same industry preferred
Pay and Benefits:
$19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 1st shift - potential for OT
Qualification/Experience:
• High School diploma required; trade school or 2 year degree preferred
• 2+ years of assembly experience required; 1+ year of quality control experience preferred
