Mickley Run Apartments is looking for Maintenance Tech to join our team. Must have knowledge of Apartment turnovers and general repairs. Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry skills required. HVAC experience a plus. We require a 24 hour on call rotation and snow removal. Work hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. We offer 75% paid medical, dental and vision. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license and pass criminal background check along with drug screening.
